Privacy and contact
Your Next Mission provides recruiting information and support from SSG Gabriel Bernardez. Official enlistment processing takes place through the approved military channels.
Information you share
- Contact requests: your name, phone number, birthdate, main interest, optional email and permission to call or text. Your birthdate helps SSG Gabriel Bernardez discuss the appropriate next steps with you.
- Your dashboard: your study answers, recall ratings, study dates, appointment requests, current stage and next step. Notes you type while working out a practice card are not saved.
- Family and community requests: your name, email, message and contact permission, plus any optional phone, organization, date and audience details you provide.
Who can see your information
SSG Gabriel Bernardez can review requests, appointments and study activity. Signed-in applicants can see their own dashboard. Other applicants cannot access your record.
Services that support the app
Cloudflare hosts the app and stores account information. Supabase provides email-code sign-in, and Resend delivers sign-in and appointment confirmation emails. These services process the information needed for those features.
Check your dashboard for appointment updates. SSG Gabriel Bernardez follows up on contact, family and community requests personally.
Photos and video
Guard photos are hosted by DVIDS. Videos load when you choose to watch them. The media provider receives ordinary connection information when that content loads. Your contact answers and study progress are not sent to the media provider.
Keep private documents out of the app
Do not enter Social Security numbers, medical details, ID documents, background records or enlistment packets here. Arrange the appropriate way to share those items directly with SSG Gabriel Bernardez.
For a family or community request, use your own contact details and leave out another person’s private information.
Your choices
You can explore public information without sending a request. Guest practice saved in one browser stays there; it is not shared with SSG Gabriel Bernardez.
Contact SSG Gabriel Bernardez to ask about your stored information, request a correction or removal, or withdraw permission for calls or texts.
A contact request starts a conversation. It is not an enlistment commitment or parental consent to enlist.
